Hello friends! Lately I have been posting a lot of simple easy to make dishes which are great hit with kids specially but I know most adults also love kids stuff. So here we go.

Ingredients:
For one sandwich only ( adjust the measurements accordingly)
  • 3 slices of bread ( brown or white)
  • 1 cube grated cheese or paneer
  • 1tsp green chutney
  • 1tbsp grated carrot
  • 1tbsp or as needed butter
  • 2tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt and black pepper powder to taste

Method:
Butter all the bread slices. Mix grated carrot with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to this mixture. On one slice of buttered bread spread green chutney and on top grated cheese.Cover with another buttered bread. Spread mayonnaise mixture on top of this slice and cover it with third buttered bread.

Cut diagonally and enjoy the tri color sandwich.

We can also use tomato sauce and choice of vegetables is upto us. This was the simplest form and can be used for kids lunch box as well.
