Boondi raita.

Hello friends! As you all know I had amazing guest series going on over past two months, which wrapped up after the last post of kesar rasmalai. Today after all those amazing dishes I  bring to you one of my easy and simple yet yummy dish. I am sure you all love boondi raita with biryani and pulaos. So shall we start?

Ingredients:

100 gms Boondi (dry and salted)
200gms  Curds
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp sugar (optional)
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder

coriander leaves to garnish

Method:
Soak boondi in bowl of water for 10-15mins. It would get bit soft and then drain out all the water. Blend curd with little water or more water if you want thin raita. Ideally its thick raita.  Add the masalas with salt. Mix well. Add soft and soaked boondi and mix well again. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled with biryani or pulao.
