Sweet corn n Paneer Rice :
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Rice, cooked
- 1/2 Cup Frozen sweet corn kernels
- 50 gms Paneer, grated
- 1 Onion, Finely chopped
- 1 Green chilli, chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Jeera
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp Oil / Butter
Method :
Heat oil in a pan and add jeera followed by chopped onions.
Fry till it turns translucent and add the chopped green chilli.
Fry them together for a minute and add the frozen sweet corn.
Add salt, cover and simmer the flame for couple of minutes.
Now add the grated paneer. Mix well and add the pepper powder.
Cook for a minute and add the cooked rice.
Mix well and remove from flame.
Serve hot with Raita or Tomato sauce.
